INTRODUCTION

          I have completed a preliminary investigation of the Company Calibration Center Booking System. The investigation was a result of a systems request from the manager of Company Calibration Center, on November 27, 2010.

Overview of Company Calibration Center

            In 1996 [owner name], the manager/proprietress, organized Company Calibration Center, a small retail business which sells and services performance for injection pumps of diesel engine vehicles. They consist of 1 manager, 1 cashier and 3 mechanics. Their mechanics are all injection pump specialized and giving a high quality service to the customer.

           Company Calibration Center currently has two rooms, one with the calibrating machine for the injection pumps and one for dirty works. Their product line includes elements/plunger, delivery valves, nozzles, etc. for injection pump and nozzles of different diesel engines. Company Calibration Center sells and installs the following product and service categories:  

           

 -    Injection pump(VE Type/In-line, EFI)
            -    Turbo Charger
            -    Nozzles
            -    Tune - up
            -    Change engine oil
            -    Replacing Fuel Filters
            -    Replacing Timing belts

            As a result of Company Calibration Center’s quality service, and because of the unexpected success of the company, there are some changes planned for the company with the booking of customer’s works.
